This is the second time that we have used Improvearoof. This time, it was to clean and protect our large roof. The work was performed very professionally. The men were courteous and explained how things were going and any problems that they had found and rectified. Head office also kept us informed of progress and when to expect their team. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the work. I was completely satisfied with the end result, a lovely, clean roof free from moss and any broken or misplaced tiles fixed. I cannot find fault with this company. From before agreeing to the roof work, the managing director clearly explained what actions/repairs they were to undertake, the timescale involved and approximately when the work would be undertaken. When the roofing team of Colin and Keiran arrived, they also explained the process, then immediately got on with the work. Their attitude, friendliness, dedication and hard work was very impressive and they are a credit to the company. I would recommend Improvearoof wholeheartedly.
